Come sell your old clothes
You can bring your women's and men's clothing anytime Things Concept Store is open. The minimum contribution is 5 pieces. Bring the clothing items in a sturdy bag and leave your name, telephone number/email and account number. If there is time, the clothing is immediately inspected and selected. Suitable clothing will remain in our store for 8 weeks*, at a price we determine. The price can be adjusted up or down at any time. If the item is sold you will receive 30% of the proceeds. If the item is not sold during this period, you can choose to collect your clothing or donate it. Donated clothing gets a nice final destination with us.

*NB; A lot of clothing is arriving at the moment. You can still bring in clothes. But there is a short waiting time (+/- 2 weeks). You will hear from us how long it is at the time of insertion.
Come donate
It's great that you want to donate your worn clothing. We are very happy with this. Clothing that is donated gets a very nice final destination with us. We save donated clothing to make clothing packages. We give away these packages to women who, due to various circumstances, are temporarily unable to buy clothes.
Clothing requirements & conditions
Unfortunately, we cannot simply accept all clothing. Our preference is for branded clothing. This is because it sells the easiest and is currently in the greatest demand. We currently take in:
- Women's clothing, shoes and accessories in sizes XXS to 6XL.
- Men's clothing and shoes in sizes XS to 5XL.
- Washed and fresh-smelling clothing without damage. Remember to avoid missing buttons, pulls and holes. We will not accept clothing with smoke, pet hair and/or odor.
- Clothes appropriate for the season. Keep an eye on our homepage for the announcement of entries for the new season.
- No underwear and/or swimwear.
- No clothing from the following brands: Shein, Bershka, H&M, Only, Hema, Primark, New Yorker, C&A, Jola Mode, Stradivarius, etc. This is not because these clothes are 'not good' but because otherwise we would ingest too much. in our store. Experience has also shown that clothing from these brands hardly sells in our store.

Things Concept Store is not liable for disappointing sales figures if the products are not sold in the store and webshop.
If the clothing is not collected within one week of the agreed collection date, we will donate the clothing to a good cause.
Do you choose to send your clothes? The shipping/return costs are always for the consignor. We are not liable for packages lost by a postal carrier.
Your proceeds are paid out at the end of the period. Example: we have scheduled a pick-up appointment on May 20, 2024. You come pick up your clothes and sign the payment list. The payment takes effect on the last day of the month in which the payment list is signed.
No payment will be made if the items have not been collected/donated or the list has not been signed.
